Flowers are a type of plant in Vintage Story. Though flowers have few direct uses, they are useful in beekeeping and for decoration. Some can also be used to make dye .
Natural generation
Flowers naturally generate when the world is created. They do not generate in all types of climates, while some climatic regions generate more than one type of flower. Fields of wildflowers are indicated by colored patches in the landscape and can be seen on the player's world map.
Special case generation
There is a 4.76% chance for horsetail to spawn in place of weeds on player-created farmland blocks. This is the only flower that spawns into the world after generation.
