A Signpost is a decorative item that can be placed on the ground.
Creation
The Signpost can be made in the crafting grid using the following recipe:

Usage
The Signpost can be placed on the ground to aid the player in marking directions to specific locations.
When you put it on the ground, the Signpost is just a pole without signs at the start.
Place one of the following pigments in your hand to access the Signpost interface.
- Black text: Charcoal or Black coal
- White text: Limestone or Chalk
- Blue text: Lapis lazuli
- Red text: Cinnabar
- Green text: Malachite
Write text in one or more of the boxes in the Signpost interface to make arrow signs appear on the Signpost pointing in the desired direction. The color of the text that will be written on the arrow signs depends on the pigment used to access the interface.
