Termite mounds are a feature first added in Vintage Story 1.17. They are a source of termites, an early-game source of wild protein.
Obtaining
Termite mounds may be found in hot and dry climates. They resemble irregularly shaped rock spires. They can have different shapes and sizes.
Usage
Termite mounds can be broken with or without any tool to drop 4 termites. These termites can be eaten for 60 satiety in the protein category.
