You can purchase broken pieces of the Forlorn Hope armor set from a Luxuries Trader for an average price of 30 rusty gears per piece.
Renovating
Though you can still use it in its broken state, the Forlorn Hope armor can be renovated twice to get back to its pristine condition. With each renovation, the armor gets more durability and provides more protection.

Repairing
If your armor has lost much durability, you can repair it in the crafting grid. The items used to repair it are identical for the helmet, the body armor and the leggings but they depend on their renovation state.
