Obtaining

Method 1)
The list of server commands indicates that a player with admin privileges can run commands to obtain a raw list of codes.
/debug itemcodes
"Exports a full list of all item codes to the server-main.txt"
/debug blockcodes
"Exports a full list of all block codes to the server-main.txt"

Method 2)
In the game's Settings menu, select the Interface tab and tick the Debug box.
