Lapis lazuli is a pigment that can be created from lapis lazuli ore. It is used for dying and for writing on signs.

Creation

Lapis lazuli ore can be found as surface bits or blocks in limestone or marble (red, white or green).

Lapis lazuli must first be pulverized into crushed lapis lazuli before it can be used for dying.
