Termite mounds are a feature first added in Vintage Story 1.17. They are a source of termites, an early-game source of wild protein.

Termite mounds may be found in hot and dry climates. They resemble irregularly shaped rock spires.

Termite mounds can be broken with or without any tool to drop termites. These termites can be eaten for 60 protein satiety.
