Meat is a type of food item that is obtained by hunting animals in Vintage Story. Meats generally must be cooked or process before they can be consumed. They grant protein satiety when eaten.
Obtaining
There are four types of meat that can be obtained in Vintage Story.
'Poultry is meat from birds, namely chickens
Red meat is meat from most common, passive creatures, such as pigs, sheep and hares
Bush meat is meat from aggressive or semi-aggressive creatures, such as wolves, bears and foxes
Fish meat or fish is currently only obtainable from salmon (as of version 1.18.0-pre7)
