Los comederos sirven para alimentar al ganado. Los comederos grandes pueden alimentar cerdos y ovejas, los pequeños sólo pollos. Se puede colocar Grano en el comedero haciendo clic con el botón derecho del ratón sobre el comedero con el objeto grano en la mano. Los comederos grandes también aceptan hierba seca, pero se necesitan cantidades mayores.

Creación

Los comederos deben fabricarse utilizando tablas de madera, lo que significa que sólo pueden fabricarse una vez que los jugadores sean capaces de crear cobre o mejores herramientas mediante herrería.

Usage

After placing down a trough, players may fill the trough with various food items by right-clicking. Small troughs only accept grain, while large troughs accept more items. Different animals will eat different food items. Troughs can hold a maximum of 8 portions of food at a time.

Small troughs take one piece of grain per trough food portion. Large troughs take 2 pieces of grain or vegetables, or 8 pieces of dry grass, per trough food portion. Therefore, fully filling a large trough takes 64 pieces of dry grass, a full stack. Troughs do not accept mixed types of food, and must be emptied out before refilling with a different type of food.

Wild animals near placed and filled troughs will naturally be attracted towards it. One method of capturing animals for domestication is to place a filled trough inside a 2-block-high pit, so that animals can fall into the pit but not jump back out.
