Il massimo numero di blocchi che rompe è limitato alla durabilità rimanente dell'ascia. Tagliando l'intero albero in una volta applica lo stesso ammontare di danno all'ascia come se ogni blocco fosse rotto individualemente.
 
Anche il tempo per abbattere un albero dipende dal tipo di legno; i legni duri impiegano il 30% in più; i legni duri tropicali ancora di più.

{{Breaking}} a tree with an axe will break many blocks at once. The targeted block will take a long time to break and when it does break, the tree will break with it. The max number of blocks it breaks is limited to the remaining durability of the axe. Cutting the whole tree at once still applies the same amount of damage to the axe as if each block was broken individually.
