Obtaining

Naturally generated pine trees have a chance of spawning with a leaking pine log with resin as part of its trunk, which can be harvested without needing any tool. After being harvested, the remaining leaking pine log will grow back the resin in 168 in game hours (7 days).

Usage

Resin is an essential crafting material for basic wood armor and certain objects used for generating mechanical power.
