Changed class names to be headers and show up in TOC. Changed Explanations section to not be a header and not appear in TOC. Added anchor to Explanations section and hyperlinked relevant references.
(Reformatted class traits to avoid using hypens and more closely match the in-game format. Updated class trait text to the current in-game text (v.1.14.8).)
