The '''base return teleporter''' is a device that can be crafted with [[Jonas parts]] and other advanced materials. It is useful when you are exploring very far from home. It is a single use teleporter that will bring you back to your returning point.

The base return teleporter must be {{tnt|Using|placed}} on the ground. There is a deployment animation when it is placed. Then the player {{tnt|SneakClick|activates}} it to be teleported to his return point. The return point is the point previously defined by {{tnt|SneakClick|activating}} a [[temporal gear]] on the ground.

Since this device is crafted using [[Jonas parts]], it is safe to assume that it was created at first by inventor Jonas Falx.

Jonas Falx is a very important character in the game's story. Several Lore Books mention his name, but most important of all is the five-part narrative entitled ''[[Lore_book#Reflection|Reflection]]''.
