According to Barrowisp (through fixing my edit), Chert is able to make tools. He might be wrong, but I am operating under the assumption he is correct. Feel free to undo if incorrect.
(Added the fact that small stones can be found throughout the world as-is and don't need to be created through the use of a tool. Also added that boulders drop small stones. Consolidated the breaking of stone blocks by using either a pickaxe or blasting bomb as the relevant outcome, here, is the same.) |
