- Jan-Jun, if the temperature is 0-14°C at 4pm, it’s good for planting parsnip seeds.
- Parsnips are a good crop to focus on for a balanced diet. They use a different nutrient than flax and most grains, have greater cold tolerance than most crops, and have higher yield when stunted than most crops. Also, you can replant without crop rotation, since bonemeal is easy to obtain in great quantity.
