The materials required to craft these blocks can be harvested or gathered using simple stone tools, and except for dry grass, do not require tools at all. *Grass does not grow on packed dirt. This makes it an ideal material to place around a {{ll|pit kiln|pit kiln}} built outdoors so that the heat from the oven does not cause a fire in the tall grass. If the grass is 3 blocks from the hole, there will be no danger. |

Les matériaux requis pour la fabrication de ces blocs peuvent être récupérés à la main (même si des outils en pierre facilitent cette tâche), seule la récolte de l'herbe sèche demande l'usage d'un couteau. *L'herbe ne pousse pas sur la terre battue. Ceci en fait un choix de matériau idéal pour disposer autour d'un {{ll|pit kiln|four en fosse}} installé à l'extérieur afin que la chaleur de four ne se propage pas aux herbes avoisinantes.
