The best way to heal ingame is by simply eating enough and giving it time. The natural healing will kick in when the player is sufficiently sated, and will tick away slowly but steadily. If for whatever reason the player needs instant heal, there are a couple of options.<br>
Poultices come in various material variations, with a healing efficacy that scales upward with the expense of the materials used.
Honey as well as saguaro fruit offer a natural healing effect once eaten, although it is not very high, and lost upon cooking. For a more reliable healing effect, it is recommended to carry around a few poultices. These come in different levels of efficiency, however the better the heal, the harder to get are the ingredients, obviously. And even the best poultices only offer a small relief, so the player should either be careful, or prepare to haul around a big amount of these - keep in mind that each type of poultice only stacks to a maximum of 16.<br>

These combine the healing flower horsetail with a base of cattail. Each of the poultices heal for a total of 2 HP.
