Cinnabar is a pigment that can be created from cinnabar ore. It is used for dying and for writing on signs.

Creation

Cinnabar ore can be found as surface bits or blocks in andesite, granite, slate, basalt, peridotite and phyllite. It can also be found from breaking locust nests.

Cinnabar must first be pulverized into crushed cinnabar before it can be used for dying.

Usage

Cinnabar can be used to write on signs. Crushed cinnabar is used to create red dye.
