Natural Generation

Cabbages do not appear as a wild crop.

Harvesting

Player farmed cabbage crops mature at growth stage 12. Break the crop using left mouse button with an empty hand, knife or scythe to harvest. When fully mature, each seed planted in a farm yields one cabbage and at least one seed when harvested. Harvesting immature plants yields no vegetable and may not provide a seed.

Usage

Cabbages may be eaten without cooking and can be used as an advanced cooking ingredient in:

  • Meat Stew (1-2)
  • Vegetable Stew (1-4)
  • Soup (1-3)
  • Porridge (1-2)

Storage

Once harvested, cabbages may be stored in the inventory or stationary containers.

Decay and Preservation Methods

Even when appropriately stored in storage vessel within a cellar, vegetables decay. Pickling methods should be applied to preserve vegetables.
