The lamellar armor is a type of armor that can be made both in the stone age as well as the copper and bronze age.

Creation

There are 2 types of lamellar armors: the wooden and the metal lamellar armor. They have vastly different durability and protection.

Wooden lamellar armor

The wooden variant requires different amounts of firewood , pelts and resin per armor piece. For a full set of wooden lamellar armor, you would need 1 Pelt (Medium), 2 Pelts (Large), 3 Resin and 29 Firewood.

Armor Tiers and Durability

Different types of armors offer different protection values and durability. Additionally, they may hinder your movements speed and add to your hunger rate.
Having the least penalties for walking speed, healing effectiveness and ranged weapon accuracy and charge time - depending on the metal used - makes lamellae armor suitable for surface or underground exploration.

Armor Protection Tier Durability Percent Protection
Wood Lamellar 0 200 65%
Copper 1 450 75%
Bismuth Bronze 2 525 76%
Black Bronze 2 675 78%
Tin Bronze 2 600 77%
