Most block/item pages should include sections on Obtaining and/or Crafting.
When adding a crafting recipe to a wiki page, use the Grid/Crafting template. If you click Edit Source for this page, the templates used will be be listed below the Save changes button. Click the small arrow to expand the list. If you click the Template:Grid/Crafting link, you'll find more information on that template. Every template should have documentation, but if it's missing or unclear, ask for help in the #wiki-and-translations channel of the official Discord.
