A resonator is a device for playing music. It needs a tuning cylinder to work. Each tuning cylinder can play only one piece of music.

The player can purchase a resonator from a luxury trader for 22 to 37 rusty gears.

The resonator is placed on a block or on the ground and a tuning cylinder is inserted in the empty cylindrical part of the resonator. The resonator crank then begins to spin and the music begins. You can retrieve the tuning cylinder in the same way you inserted it. The resonator does not need an energy source to operate.

Since this device is crafted using Jonas parts, it is safe to assume that it was created at first by inventor Jonas Falx.
