Flowerpots and planters are decorative blocks used to display plants.

Obtaining

Players can craft plain flowerpots or planters through clay forming . Decorated varieties can be obtained by exploring ruins or purchasing them from an Artisan trader . Most patterns have matching varieties of flowerpot and planter, while others are only available for one of them.

The flower pot requires 4 clay to form 1 flower pot, or 23 clay to form 4 flower pots.

The planter requires 18 clay to form 1 planter.

Usage

Place the planter or flowerpot on the surface of a solid block. Flowers , mushrooms , and saplings can be placed by using them on the vessel.

Breaking the container will allow the player to pick up the container and the planted item.

Planters and flowerpots both stack to 8. They can be stored in containers, but not on shelves .
