Pigments are items that can be used to mark parchments , labeled crates , signs , labeled chests , plaques and signposts . Different items produce different colors of pigment. They can be used also to draw symbols on walls.

Usage

To write using a pigment, equip the item and write by Shift + the sign/plaque with the item. A box with a text field should open, allowing players to write and edit text on the sign or chest label. Note: chalk has a tendency to place itself on the floor instead of writing, unless something is already occupying the space in front of the sign/plaque.

To draw directly on walls/floors, equip either chalk or charcoal and press F to open the drawing menu. on the desired symbol, then aim at the stone/wood and Ctrl + to apply the symbol.
