Bamboo stake
Bamboo stakes are an item obtained from cutting down bamboo trees. They can be crafted into a wide range of bamboo-themed building blocks, tools, and clothing, and can also be used as fuel or as a firepit construction material.
Obtaining
Bundles of bamboo stakes come from cutting down fully grown green or brown bamboo. There is also a small chance for a bamboo sapling to drop alongside the stakes from the upper segments of the plant. Stakes may also be found in forage cracked vessels.
Usage
Bamboo stakes can be used to craft a wide range of items and blocks:
Stacked bamboo
Bamboo roofing blocks (including corner variants and a ridge top variant)
Bamboo fence
Bamboo gate
Crude shield
Raw recurve bowstave
Simple fishing pole (bamboo)
Bamboo raft
Bamboo cone hat

In addition, bamboo stakes can be:
- Burned as fuel in a firepit (700 °C burn temperature, 10 second burn duration per stake).
- Used as the construction material when building a firepit.
- Stacked in piles of up to 50 bundles when placed on the ground.
