Creation

Players create leather from raw hides through the process of leather working using the barrel crafting mechanic. One small hide produces one piece of leather, one medium hide produces two pieces of leather, one large hide produces three pieces of leather, and one huge hide produces 5 pieces of leather.

Hides can be looted from wild or domesticated animals upon death. The following animals have a chance to drop hides:
