Domestication
Salmon cannot be domesticated or bred.
Harvesting
Upon dying, salmon can be harvested with a knife for a chance to loot a number of raw fish meat, leaving a Tiny Carcass.
After 96 game-hours, a dead salmon that hasn't been looted will decay into Tiny Carcass.

Salmon were added in version 1.17.0-pre.1.
