Flax twine is an item used to craft various objects and in particular cloth .
Obtention
Crafting
Flax twine is crafted from flax fibers . Flax fibers are obtained by harvesting flax plants, either found in the wild or farmed by players.
Looting
Flax twine can be obtained by breaking:
- Locust nests in caves.
- Cracked vessels (Farming) in ruins .

Repairing
Flax twine can be used to repair damaged fur or cloth pieces of equipment. It restores +10% of their condition. A fully repaired piece of equipment looks brand new and it can add its max warmth to your character's cold resistance. This is especially usefull in winter.
Clothing can be repaired by grabbing the Flax twine from inventory, and left clicking with it as your cursor on a piece of clothing.
Fur or cloth pieces of equipments can also be repaired using a Sewing kit (+75%) or Linen (+50%).
